NAF Human Resources is open by appointment only.

The NAF (Non-Appropriated Funds) Human Resources Office provides personnel opportunities and services for the variety of Force Support facilities on Vance AFB.  NAF provides assistance for management to resolve personnel needs and issues while ensuring that all programs meet all federal and local employment regulations and laws.

Eligibility & Restrictions

Any individual who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident may apply for employment. You must provide original forms such as: social security card, birth certificate, picture ID, permanent resident alien card, and authorization to work.

 

Applicants must be 16 years of age, 18 years of age to work with children, and 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

All applicants selected for positions will be subject to a National Agency Check with Inquires (background check). Positions dealing with children are subject to State Criminal History Repository Check as well as Installation Records Checks in addition to the National Agency Check with Inquires.

Civilian Personnel

Vance Civilian Personnel is open byappointment only.

The Civilian Personnel Office (FSCA) staff supports Vance’s APF workforce management, staffing (fill/recruitment of vacancies), personnel systems and programs, classification of general schedule (GS) positions and performance management.  The staff provides civilian personnel management training, advisory services and Air Force policy guidance.​
