Vance AFB Newcomers' Orientation is a mandatory orientation for new personnel arriving to Vance and is provided by the Military & Family Readiness Center. This briefing covers information specific to Vance, the local community and provides helpful resources for your relocation. Spouses are highly encouraged to attend.
Newcomers is located at the Armed Forces Reserve Center (building 800).
